Exciting news! Full Circle Asset Finance is expanding – we are looking for a ‘Finance Broker – Business Development Manager’ to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to join Full Circle Asset Finance, a family-run finance brokerage. They will be responsible for managing all in-house finance deals generated by our sister company FleetFinders (Leasing) Limited, as well as building their own pipeline of finance deals.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the finance sector and have built a strong reputation with their own client base. They must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and have a positive, self-motivated attitude. They will be an integral part of the team and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- On board own client base as well as manage in-house leads
- Conduct outbound sales activity to establish potential new clients, ultimately building a pipeline and securing new business opportunities
- Qualify opportunities and structure suitable finance solutions, working in the best interest of the customer
- Manage and progress end–to-end sale process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and suppliers
- Work closely with internal admin and co-ordinator teams
- Write and prepare proposal documentation and applications as and when required
- Use our CRM system to record all sales activity
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Ensuring compliance and industry standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 Years previous experience in a finance broker role
- Excellent Understanding of the different funding facilities
- Bachelor’s Degree Qualified
- Strong commercial acumen
- Positive and engaging manner
Desirable Skills:
- Already retain your own client base
- Experience in Motor Trade Finance
